We build the hardware and software that schools use to run their compound.
Schooled Automation is part of the Schooled family — software, hardware, and services for schools, colleges, and campuses. The sister products handle finance, the timetable, transport, and the hostel side. This one handles the physical compound: the lights, doors, meters, and everything else that you can switch, motorise, or read.
What we ship

Gateway
A small box that connects your school to the dashboard over the internet. You install one of these on the compound.

Relay panel
This is what physically switches lights, sockets, bells, and dispensers on and off when you press a button.

Meter / sensor
Reads your water meter, power meter, door sensors, and temperature sensors and sends those readings back to the dashboard.

Door & gate controller
The hardware that physically locks and unlocks doors, opens and closes gates, and keeps a log of who did it and when.
Built here
We design for Kenyan schools first.
Our installers know what a Kenyan dorm wing looks like, and our invoices come in shillings. The hardware we use is rated for the grid voltage and water pressure that schools actually have here, not the assumptions a European BMS vendor would make.
Hardware and software
You get both from us, in one agreement.
We are not selling you a SaaS subscription and then telling you to go find your own installer. We specify the gateway, the relay panels, the meters, and the door and gate controllers; we install them on the compound; and the dashboard you use to run them is included. If something stops responding, you call us — you do not need to chase three separate contractors.
Pilot first
We start with one block for a term.
A pilot usually covers one block of the school, with three things connected — typically lights, doors, and the water mains. At the end of the term we write up what was switched, what we caught, and what was saved. From there, you and we decide together which part of the school to do next.
